What is this site?
Our goal is to bring current science into the public's eye in a way that more people can understand. By now you've likely heard about climate change, greenhouse gases, ocean acidification, and much more. Science topics that surely are important, right? But when you look further into them, you find confusing terminology, news publications (that may or may not be accurate), or long-winded research papers full of data. Trying to figure out what needs to happen in our world and finding straightforward answers is not always easy. That right there is the purpose of Make It Make Sense: to explain things in a way that no one else has before.
